We will come to your home, school, office or workplace and conduct meditation sessions to teach you, your staff or students how to calm the mind and relax the body.
This will help to reduce stress and anxiety and increase focus and productivity as well as many other benefits. The meditation practices will include various tools to access during times of stress.

Learn-to-Meditate sessions run for 90 minutes one
One on One Meditation programs begin with 2x 90-minute consultations to determine the best practices that suit you. Followed by ongoing weekly 60 minute meditation sessions.
Onsite Learning meditation sessions run for anywhere between 30 and 90 minutes one day a week.
All programs can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
